ABOUT Mooli Paranthe RECIPE

Raddish with masala filled in wheat flour,Paranthas the winter breakfast of most in the North.Just simple seasoning ,cummin,carrom seeds,green chilli fresh corriander is the ideal for this.Winter raddish /Mooli makes the best ones sure .Tava fry and enjoy with dahi butter chatni pickle .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams wheat flour
  2. one white Raddish abt 200 grams
  3. 1-2 green chilli chopped fine
  4. Half cup coriander leaves
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Half tspn carrom seeds
  7. 1Tsp cummin seeds
  8. Oil to Tava fry

Instructions

  1. Grate raddish Keep aside add salt
  2. Knead flour with 1/2 tspn salt
  3. Squeeze out water from radish keep seasoning ready
  4. Add coriander and chillies chopped
  5. Mix well
  6. Now make balls of knead flour and flatten and keep 2 Tblspn reddish mix
  7. Close this well
  8. Roll out softly
  9. Place lightly on hot tava ,start roasting,tava frying
  10. Cook bot sides flipping
  11. Remove wen golden on both sides
  12. Cut out triangles or serve as is with curd,buttercups and cabbage tomato salad
