Very tasty instant breakfast dish

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices 8
  2. onion 1 big size
  3. tomato 1 piece
  4. capsicum 2 tablespoons
  5. Grated coconut 2 tablespoons
  6. salt to taste
  7. mustard seed 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. tomato catch up 1 tablespoon
  11. Curry leaves 7..8
  12. oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Cut bread slices into small pieces
  2. Roast for 3....4 minutes adding half of oil
  3. Now transfer in a bowl
  4. In the same pan add remaining oil
  5. Add mustard seed and curry leaves
  6. Add chopped onion and fry well
  7. Add chopped tomato and capsicum
  8. Fry well
  9. Add roasted bread pieces
  10. Add salt , pepper powder, garam masala powder
  11. Add tomato sauce and lemon juice
  12. Mix well
  13. Add grated coconut
  14. Serve hot
