Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bottle guard 400 gram
  2. Whole wheat flour 250 gram
  3. Gram flour 100 gram
  4. Onion 1 medium size
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Some coriander leaves
  7. Salt 1 teaspoon
  8. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Hing 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Curd 2 tablespoons
  12. Oil to shallow fry theplas

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel bottle guard
  2. Grate it
  3. Sieve both the flours
  4. Add grated bottle guard on flours
  5. Add salt , pepper powder,hing and cumin seeds
  6. Add curd
  7. Add chopped onion ,green chillies and coriander leaves
  8. Knead a dough
  9. Keep for rest for 5 minutes
  10. Now take a small portion to make a ball
  11. Roll it applying dry flour by rolling pin
  12. Now shallow fry applying oil on both sides till golden crispy
  13. Make all theplas same way
  14. Serve hot
