Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover Channa Dallas 1 bowl
  2. Wheat flour 1 bowl
  3. Onion 1
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Few coriander leaves
  6. Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp


  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. Add in the leftover dal as required.
  3. Add the chopped onion, green chilli and pomegranate seeds, salt and red chilli powder and coriander leaves.
  4. Now start kneading the dough.
  5. If dal is not sufficient to make the soft dough, add some water therein.
  6. Now make balls out of the dough and roll it with help of rolling pin.
  7. Apply some ghee on the top and close each side to make a square of it.
  8. Next again start rolling it and flatten it to normal size.
  9. Now put it on the hot tawa and roast from both the sides.
  10. Now, remove it from Taiwan and apply ghee on the top.
  11. Serve it hot with curd/butter/Raita/pickle and enjoy.
