ABOUT Green Peas Kachori RECIPE

Green Peas Kachori is a fried bread with mild sweet green pea stuffing. In bengali it is verry famous as "Koraisutir Kochuri". The dough used fir this recipe is not flaky or khasta. But its just like Luchi dough made with all porpuse flour. Stuffing is flavor full green pea and good spicy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. for making dough
  2. all purpose flour 3 cups
  3. salt as per taste
  4. white oil 3 tablespoon
  5. water as needed
  6. for staffing
  7. green peas 1 cup
  8. Chana Sattu 2 tablespoon
  9. Ginger 1/2"
  10. cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  11. garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. salt as per taste
  13. sugar as per taste
  14. for frying Kachori white oil as needed


  1. Make a soft dough using salt, white oil and water. Cover it for 20mins.
  2. make green pea paste using green pea, ginger and 3 tablespoon of water.
  3. now add chana Sattu In this paste.
  4. heat about 3 tablespoon of white oil in a kadai and put the pea-sattu mixture.
  5. Now add cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and sugar.
  6. stir continuously until try.
  7. now turn off flame and let it cool down.
  8. now make some small size ball from the dough. And equal quantity ball of stuffing.
  9. take one ball and flatten with palm.put one stuffing.
  10. now bring all the edges of the dough together and press them to seal.
  11. heat enough oil for frying the kachories in kadai.
  12. roll one ball about 3 to 4 inches diameter circle and fry in hot oil.
  13. Make all Kachori like this and serve with hot and spicy potato curry.
