Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Whole black urad dal-100g
  2. Idly rice -400g
  3. Fenugreek seeds-1 spoon
  4. Gingelly oil


  1. Soak black urad Dal, idly rice and fenugreek seeds for 3 hours
  2. Grind it like a dosa batter
  3. Keep it aside for 8 hours(fermentation)
  4. In dosa pan, pour one ladle prepared dosa batter and spread it
  5. Pour one spoon gingelly oil
  6. Flip it and make sure for both sides cook well
  7. Enjoy the tasty dosa with chutney
