Delicious carrot cake in a mug, easy and simple to make, to satisfy the dessert craving

Ingredients Serving: 1

1 egg
4 tbsp grated carrots
4 tbsp sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tbsp melted butter
6 tbsp flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

Whisk egg in a microwave safe mug. Use a bigger mug so that cake does not inflate too much
Add butter and sugar, whisk well
Add grated carrots, cinnamon, vanilla extract and mix well
Add flour and baking powder. Whisk well
Optionally you can add nuts
Microwave for 1 min 30 sec to 1 min 45 sec until done
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes
Top with whipped cream and serve warm
