Ingredients to make "SEV BHAJI"

  • 5 onion sliced,
  • 8 garlic clove's,
  • 1 inch ginger,
  • 1 watti dry coconut cut into pieces,
  • oil,
  • salt,
  • haldi,
  • red chilly pd,
  • 2 kashmiri red chilly soaked in hot water,
  • Malvani masala 2 tsp,
  • 1 pack sev,
  • coriander leaf's

How to make "SEV BHAJI"

  1. In pan add oil n put Onion's, ginger, garlic, coconut n roast till it changes color
  2. Remove from gas n keep to cool
  3. When cool put mix in mixer jar n grind add kashmiri chilly n grind well
  4. In pan put oil n this mixer n saute it add salt, red chilly pd, haldi, malvani masala n water saute it till it leave's oil
  5. Adjust the gravy with adding water
  6. Remove in severing bowl n add sev when severing garnish with coriander leaf's
