                  Its very tasty and easy to make
 
       
             
          Heat a heavy bottom pan and roast the rice flour for 2 minuts
In a bowl add rice flour and card, add salt.
Add sweet corn, finely chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and chilly flakes
Add hing and mix it well
Keep the batter aside for 10 minutes
After that add baking powder and baking soda mix it gently
Grease a bowl with oil and pour the batter
In a deep pan boil 3 glasses of water put a stand and put the bowl over it and close the lid
Steam for 15 - 20 minutes
After that remove the bowl from pan and prepare for tadka
Cut the cake, in a frying pan heat the oil add musterd seeds, sesame seeds, green chilly and curry leaves when splutter, spread the tadka over the cake and enjoy yummyy corn cake with green chatni
