Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled potatoes
  2. 1 cup chopped onion
  3. 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  5. 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 6 Bread slices


  1. In a deep bowl add boiled mashed potatoes, chopped onion, red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and salt and mix well.
  2. cut round of bread and flat the round with the help of roller.
  3. take one round and add some onion potato mixture in center and apply little water on sides and cover with another round and press with fingers.
  4. Heat tawa and apply little oil and roast bread parantha on both sides.
