About Healthy orange Hummus Recipe

I made this hummus with orange juice instead of lemon juice.it is very yummy and healthy.lot of proteins are there in chickpeas.

Healthy orange Hummus

Ingredients to make Healthy orange Hummus

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp white seasme seeds
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • red chilli powder for sprinkle

How to make Healthy orange Hummus

  1. Take boiled chickpeas ,garlic and seasme seeds in a mixer
  2. And make paste by adding olive oil in regular intervals
  3. Add orange juice and churn
  4. Add coriander leaves salt and pepper
  5. Transfer in serving bowl
  6. Sprinkle red chilli powder
  7. Serve with nachos and cream crackers
