Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One table spoon butter
  2. One table spoon all purpose flour ( maida )
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black paper to taste
  5. Milk one cup
  6. Palak pyuri two table spoon
  7. Corn one table spoon
  8. Cream for garnishing


  1. Take a wok and put butter
  2. Add maida and saute for two minutes.
  3. Add salt and black paper
  4. Add milk and make a smooth texture
  5. Add palak pyuri and boiled sweet corn
  6. Mix well and turn off the gas and garnish with cream and serve hot.
