This is a delicious and healthy soup made with spinach and corns, a very filling soup for all times.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach (palak] - 1 cup
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp butter
  5. 1 tsp cornflour
  6. Half cup boiled corn
  7. half cup milk
  8. 2,3 tsp cream
  9. salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp soya sauce
  11. Half tsp black pepper powder
  12. 1tsp cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. ingredients :
  2. First take a pan add water palka boil add Cumin seeds onion ginger paste everything boil completely cool put it into a blender smooth paste
  3. Blend smooth paste, add cumin seeds add black pepper powder
  4. Take a pan add butter
  5. Add cornflour ,saute few minutes
  6. Add corn, saute few minutes
  7. Add milk & cream mix well
  8. Add soya sauce.
  9. Add salt mix well cook 5 minutes . The soup is ready to be served.
