Soya 65

Ingredients to make Soya 65

  • Soya chunks 1 cup
  • water as required
  • curd 2 spoons
  • ginger 2 inches
  • curry leaves few
  • Rice flour 1 spoon
  • Corn flour 1-2 spoon
  • maida 1 spoon
  • 65 masala (any brand)
  • Food color red orange (optional)
  • salt for taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Soya 65

  1. Take boiled water in a pan and add soya chunks, salt,
  2. Leave it for few mins until the soya turns double the size.
  3. When it doubles in size, take it out from the water and wash completely in cold water.
  4. Squeeze out the water properly. Make sure it does not contain water in it.
  5. Take ginger, curry leaves and grind it to a fine paste.
  6. Now, take a bowl and add the grounded paste.
  7. Now add corn flour, rice flour, maida to it.
  8. Now add 2 spoons of curd and add 65 masala & food color.
  9. Now add the salt, drained soya and mix everything properly.
  10. Place the in the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 mins.
  11. After 20 mins, fry it in the hot oil.
  12. Now the soya 65 is ready.
