Ingredients to make Idly 65

  • 6 idli cut dice
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 cup maida
  • 2 tomato sause
  • 1 tsp soya sause
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 1 salt
  • Pinch tasting salt
  • Oli as need
  • coriander garnish
  • Crushed garlic
  • Green chili slices4

How to make Idly 65

  1. Put kadai on flame. pour oil for deep fry.
  2. Take bowl put maida:corn flour,salt,mix up with water
  3. Take idly, dip into these batter put oil for deep fry...after golden color starin oil..
  4. Put kadai put 1 tsp oil fry garlic ,chilli:,coriander ,capsicum peices for 1 min..
  5. next add soya,tomato sauce add salt ,chili paste and fried idly add on that 1 min cook ...take into the serving plate Garnush coriander... ready to serve idly 65
