Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. coriander leaves 2 cup
  2. mint leaves 1 cup
  3. idly batter 2 cup

Instructions

  1. wash the coriander and mint leaves well. heat a pan. add the leaves and sauté them for few minutes. grind them into a smooth paste.
  2. take the dosa batter. add the grinder paste to it.
  3. mix the batter well. pour the batter in idly pan. steam it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. serve hot with coconut chutney or sambhar.
