Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 big or medium size brinjal
  2. 1 chopped Onion
  3. Half tsp Turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp ref chilli powder
  5. Half tsp cumin powder
  6. Half tsp coriander powder
  7. 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Finely chopped Ginger garlic
  11. 1 tsp garam masala powder


  1. Firstly take the ingredients ready to plate
  2. First burn the brinjal full completely on gas flame or your near stand is their you can use that. Please carefully to burn
  3. cool complete and after remove the skin , it's come easily, wash in cold water. Take a side
  4. Mash the brinjal with spoon or hand as Shown in the picture.
  5. Add all masala ingredients Onion, coriander, including taste to salt in the mashed brinjal, and mix well
  6. Finally brinjal chutney is ready to serve with roti or chapati.
