ABOUT Yummy Brinjal RECIPE

One of the best ways to make kids eat Brinjal without any fuss.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Brinjal (Big)- 2
  2. Salt- according to taste
  3. Turmeric- a pinch
  4. Dhaniya/ Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take the big brinjals and cut them in circle shapes.
  2. Sprinkle salt and turmeric on them and mix it well.
  3. Now add the dhaniya powder and mix again without breaking the brinjal shapes. Set it aside for 10 mins so that the brinjal absorbs the salt, turmeric and dhaniya powder.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry these brinjals in a batch.
  5. Pack this brinjals as lunch for your kids or as a side dish along with any dal.
