Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 big sized brinjal
  2. 2 cups plain curd
  3. 2-3 nos of chopped green chillies
  4. Roasted cumin powder according to taste
  5. Red chilli powder according to taste
  6. Black salt according to need
  7. Chopped dhania

Instructions

  1. First of all we have to roast the brinjal till done.
  2. Peel the skin of the roasted brinjal.
  3. Now in a blender take all the ingredients with the roasted brinjal flesh and mix nicely till the flesh of brinjal mix thoroughly.
  4. Garnish with chopped dhania and our yummy healthy Brinjal Raita is ready to be served.
