Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tablespoon musturd seeds
  2. 1 tablespoon jeera
  3. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric
  4. 1/4 cup curry leaves
  5. Salt as required
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. 4 Onions
  8. 500 grams RIdge Gourd
  9. 500 grams prawns
  10. 4 tablespoons oil
  11. 1/4 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Wash Prawns with Salt and Turmeric.
  2. Peel Ridge Gourd, cut into small pieces and keep aside.
  3. Mix 1/4 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, pinch of salt, 1/4 tablespoon chilli powder, 1/4 tablespoon oil and washed prawns in a bowl. Keep aside for 5 mintutes to marinate.
  4. Take a pan and keep it on stove. Now, fry musturd seeds, jeera, onion pieces,green chilli pieces upto light brown colour.
  5. Now add Ridge Gourd pieces and keep the lid.
  6. Now take the marinated prawns and keep it on stove.
  7. Wait until Prawns boiled/cooked correctly.
  8. Now mix this cooked prwans into Ridge Gourd cooking bowl.
  9. Add salt and chilli powder for taste.
  10. Add curry leaves for taste.
