Cheese Kaju Samosa

Ingredients to make Cheese Kaju Samosa

  • Roasted kaju, 1 green chilli, mozzarella cheese, sandwich cheese
  • 1 cup maida, 1 tbsp rice flour, salt, ajwain

How to make Cheese Kaju Samosa

  1. Firstly, to make batter, take 1 cup Maida, little ajwain, pinch of salt, and rice flour, 1 top and half tbsp oil. Mix together and bind into a dough. Now keep it aside.
  2. Meanwhile, you can take roasted masala kaju or you can dry roast plain kaju at home and cut them into small pieces, add 1 green chilli, cut into small pieces. Grate mozzarella cheese as per your taste, cut sandwich cheese or any desired cheese and mix all of them together. Add salt and masala to make it spicy. I added Maggi magical masala.
  3. Now make small balls of dough, roll them into a not too thick and not too thin roti, cut from the middle and line it's edges with little water using your finger tips. Fill the kaju cheese mixture and fold both sides of half roti to form a triangle and now close the triangle.
  4. Now heat oil in a wok. As the oil is hot, add the samosa and it starts to harden, Take it out of oil. Follow the procedure for all samosa. Now deep fry the samosa again at low flame till they turn golden brown.
  5. Take out the samosa from oil. Serve with chutney of your choice.

My Tip:

The samosa should be of small size as compared to normal samosa, for that roll the ball into small size roti.
