Ingredients to make Paneer Roll

  • 1 Roti
  • 1 tsp of garam masala
  • 1 tsp of chat masala, amchur powder, black pepper
  • Tsp of Crumbled paneer
  • Tsp of Chopped onion
  • Tsp of Chopped tomato
  • Grated carrot
  • Chopped Veggies such as capsicum and lettuce and green peas
  • A tsp of mayonnaise
  • A tsp of tomato sauce
  • Shredded cheese of any choice
  • salt to taste
  • Pinch of garlic powder

How to make Paneer Roll

  1. For stuffing - Toss all the above ingredients.
  2. Place a tbsp of veggie stuffing on 1 side of roti. Gently, but tightly roll till the end.
  3. Seal the end part of the roll and place the sealed side in mivrowave.
  4. Grill about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Ready to eat.

My Tip:

Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander and serve with tomato ketchup or szechuan sauce. Along with a cup of ginger tea or coffee.
