This recipe of spring roll is quick to prepare and have diffrent filling than usual spring roll

Spring roll with peas paneer and corn

Ingredients to make Spring roll with peas paneer and corn

  • 1 cup boiled green peas
  • 1 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1 cup paneer cut in cubes
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 2tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 spring roll sheet
  • oil for frying + 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp maida + water for slurry to stick spring roll sheet

How to make Spring roll with peas paneer and corn

  1. Heat oil in a pan . To this add chopped garlic saute for a minute then add peas paneer and sweet corn
  2. Then add schezwan sauce
  3. Add salt and pepper and mix well .
  4. Cook till all water is completely dried up
  5. Take spring roll sheet in chopping board
  6. Place prepared filling on it
  7. And fold the way shown
  8. Heat oil and fry these prepared rolls
  9. Place on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil
  10. Serve with sweet chilli sauce or schezwan sauce

My Tip:

Try to dry whatever water is released from veggies after adding salt otherwise it will make spring rolls soggy
