Spring roll.. (Chinese Cousine)

Ingredients to make Spring roll.. (Chinese Cousine)

  • For Refined flour (Maida ) 100 gm
  • Corn flour 50gm
  • salt a pinch
  • water as required for mixing better
  • For stuffing..
  • Maggi.. Chowmin. With veg.. As per ur choice
  • oil for frying spring roll
  • One tsp cornfloru and water for mixture to bind the roll

How to make Spring roll.. (Chinese Cousine)

  1. Take a bowl and add maida salt and cornflour in it
  2. Now add water in it and whisk till no lumps in it and make a thin batter and set aside
  3. Now prepare stuffing i use maggi stuffing with pneer..
  4. Now heat a flat pan or gridle and brush it with oil
  5. Now pour the batter and spread it
  6. Now flip it and roast it for some min on other side sprinkle some oil on sides..
  7. Mix some cornflour with water in a bowl. And now fill this sheet with stuffing and roll it aplying cornflour mixture on outer side and.. Bind the Roll properly.. And carefuly...
  8. Now heat oil in a kdhai and fry the roll till crispy..
  9. Now cut it in slice and Serve hot with tomato sauce.. And any other sauce..
  10. Serve hot with tomato sauce

My Tip:

U can use readymade or homemade chowmin but i prefer maggi in it as it is easily avalable at home..
