Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Ginger 250 grms grated
  2. Green chilli 5 - 6 chopped
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. vinegar 1/3 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Mustered oil 2 tspn


  1. First take all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Now mix it well and put it on sunlight for 3 - 4 hours covered with thin cotton cloth.
  3. Now take the mixture in a grinder and grind roughly.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and put the nixture and stire continuously.
  5. When it will become thick then switch off gas. Our ginger pickle is ready.
  6. Now let it cool and store in a sterilized glass jar.
