There are various types of sprouts such as moong bean, soya bean, chickpea etc. Oats moong sprouts soup is a delicious and healthy Indian recipe. This is one of the weight loss recipe that contain zero oil. Sprouting is a process of germinating seeds which can be consumed either cooked or raw. It is a good source of vitamin k & c and other essential minerals. Oats are gud source of fiber.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Moong Sprouts half cup
  2. Cottage cheese 50 gm.
  3. One finally chopped capsicum
  4. One finally chopped carrot
  5. Chopped beans one cup
  6. Oats one cup
  7. American corns half cup
  8. One lemon juice
  9. Salt according to taste or one teaspoon
  10. Black pepper powder half teaspoon
  11. Water four cup

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok. Dry roast oats for two minutes on low flame and keep aside.
  2. Heat water in a wok.
  3. Add carrots, beans and corns in it. Stir well and boil it for five minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper in it. Mix well.
  5. Now add capsicum and oats in it. Stir well and cook for three minutes.
  6. Add cheese and moong sprouts in it and cook for one minute.
  7. Switch off the flame.
  8. Add lemon juice in it. Mix well. It's ready.
  9. Serve hot.
