Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Moong sprouts
  2. 1 cup Oats
  3. 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  4. 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  5. 2 tablespoons Curd
  6. 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  7. Salt as per taste


  1. Put moong sprouts, cumin powder, curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt in a bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Then in non stick pan spread this chila.
  3. Without using oil swallow fry from both sides.
  4. Enjoy this chila with curd.
