ABOUT Stuffed Bread Pakora RECIPE

Taste of potatoes and bread makes a perfect breakfast in Monsoon.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For stuffing:
  2. 4-5 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 tomatoes
  5. 1 green chili
  6. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  7. For batter:
  8. 3 tbsp besan (gram flour)
  9. Water to make batter (should not be runny)
  10. 1 tsp ajawain
  11. 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  12. 1 tsp Salt
  13. Slices of bread
  14. Oil for frying
  15. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  16. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  17. 1/4 tsp amchoor powder
  18. Pinch of garam masala
  19. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. FOR STUFFING
  2. Take a pan put 1 tsp oil. Add cumin seeds as it starts crackling, add sliced onions and chopped green chillies
  3. As the color changes add mashed potatoes
  4. FOR BATTER
  5. Take a bowl, add besan. Add on little little water to get required consistency
  6. Add ajwain red chilli powder and salt and mix it properly
  7. Take a bread slice spread potato mixture. Cover it with another bread
  8. Cut it diagonally
  9. Take a wok pour oil For frying
  10. When the oil gets hot dip stuffed bread into besan batter and put it in hot oil. Be careful while doing this step
  11. Fry it till golden brown from both the sides.
  12. Serve hot
  13. Enjoy the rain with hot stuffed pakore with tea
