Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. pineapple paste one cup
  2. Coconut milk half cup
  3. coconut paste two teaspoon
  4. black mustard 1 teaspoon
  5. Oil 1 teaspoon
  6. Sonachur rice paste two teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Sugar half cup
  9. Dry Red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. heat the oil in a frying pan
  2. add black mustard and dry red chilli
  3. after 1 minutes add pineapple paste
  4. after 1 minute add coconut paste
  5. now add coconut milk and salt
  6. add sugar
  7. put the rice paste in half cup of water then mix it in pineapple mixture slowly
  8. after two or three minutes the pineapple chutney will be thick then off the gas stove
