ABOUT Pumpkin Broth RECIPE

A very healthy fibre packed soup which will leave the consumer in bliss !

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup cubed roasted pumpkin
  2. 2tbsp olive oil
  3. 1tbsp oregano/mixed herbs
  4. 1/2 cup milk and water each
  5. Grated cheese and croutons for garnish
  6. 1/2 tsp chilly flakes
  7. A pinch of sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend the roasted pumpkin with a little milk and olive oil. Then give the blended mixture a good boil and add remaining milk and water.
  2. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar to this boiled soup.
  3. Serve hot with garnish of herbs and chilly flakes and a dust of grated cheese.
