Home made Eggless and without Garlic Mayonnaise is creamy and rich texture spread and dip for sandwich , burger and salad.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full cream milk 1 cup
  2. Refined oil 1/4 cup
  3. Salt 1/2 tbs
  4. Sugar 2 tbs
  5. Mustard powder 1/2 tbs
  6. Black pepper powder 1/2 tbs
  7. Vinegar 1/2 tbs


  1. Keep the milk and oil in freezer for 2 hr.
  2. After 2 hr take them out.
  3. Next take 2 tbs Mustard seeds and make powder.
  4. Next add milk and oil in a mixer jar.
  5. Next add salt and sugar.
  6. Now add mustard and black pepper powder.
  7. Churn the mixture fir 5 minutes until it gets thick.
  8. Then add vinegar to improve its shelf life.
  9. Next churn again for 3 minutes.
  10. Now your creamy mayonnaise is ready and you can store it for 3 weeks.
