Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 gram amla
  2. 150 gram mustered oil
  3. 3 spoon salt or as per taste
  4. 2 small spoon turmeric
  5. 2 spoon red chilli powder
  6. 2 spoon sauph powder
  7. 3 spoon yellow mustered powder
  8. 1/4 small spoon asafoetida
  9. 1/2 spoon onion seeds
  10. 1/2 spoon carrom seeds

Instructions

  1. Boil the amla with 1 cup water for 8-10 minutes .
  2. Discard the water and pat dry.
  3. Deseed the amla slices and again pat dry.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and switch off the flame.
  5. Add asafoetida, carrom seeds, onion seeds and all spices mentioned in above.
  6. Mix it well.
  7. Keep it in sunlight 3-4 days.
  8. Now fill in clear and dry glass jar.
