Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 150 gms Garlic
  2. 150 gms ginger
  3. 200 gms Red chili paste
  4. 1 tsp soya sauce
  5. 1 tsp vinegar
  6. 1 tsp sauce
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 1 cup oil


  1. How to make red chili paste:- Take whole red chili. (you can take any type of chili, traditionally we use Kashmiri Mirch for Schezwan sauce because it is less chili.
  2. Remove seeds and soak in water for 1-2 hrs. (if you like strong taste don't remove the seeds)
  3. After that grind the same and make a smooth paste.
  4. How to make schezwan sauce:- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped Garlic and Saute for 1-2 min.
  5. Now add Chopped ginger and saute for 4-5 mins or till they light brown.
  6. Now Add chili paste and stir properly. Low the heat and add soya sauce, vinegar, sauce and salt and mix them well.
  7. Cook till well blended.
  8. When it cool down fill in the air tight container and refrigerator it.
  9. You can use in any dishes like schezwan rice, schezwan egg roll or any other dish.
