My family all time favourite dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gram carrot
  2. 1 cup Sugar or as per taste
  3. 4 spoon Ghee
  4. 1 litre milk
  5. 2 spoon chopped dry fruits
  6. 3-4 cardamom crushed


  1. Wash the carrots thoroughly, scrape and grat them.
  2. Now heat a pan add 2 spoon ghee and put grated carrots, saute for 8 -10 minutes.
  3. Add milk and stir well.
  4. When milk dries up add sugar and 2 spoon remaining ghee and mix well.
  5. Finally add chopped dry fruits and crushed cardamom cardamom and switch off the gas.
  6. Carrot halwa is ready to serve.
