Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Grated carrot (Gajar) - 1 Kg
  2. Sugar - 350 gm(According to your taste)
  3. Mawa(Khoya) -1/2 Kg
  4. Chopped Nuts(cashew, pistachios, almonds)
  5. Clarified butter (Ghee)- according to your taste
  6. Cardamom powder


  1. Take grated Carrot and sugar in a kadhai and mix well and stir properly on low flame.Cover it and cook till the water evaporate.
  2. Now add crumbled Mawa and stir continuously on a medium flame for 10 minutes.stir properly otherwise it'll be burnt.
  3. Now add ghee, nuts and Cardamom powder... Switch off the gas
  4. Garnish with nuts and served.... Enjoy the taste
