Dry Soya Chilli

Ingredients to make Dry Soya Chilli

  • Soya chunks 50 grams
  • olive oil for frying
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Water for making a thick corn flour paste
  • Crushed garlic 2 pods
  • Chopped Vegetables - Carrots, tomato (without seeds), capsicum, green chillies
  • Sliced onions 2 big
  • tomato sauce 3 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
  • chilly sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder
  • sesame seeds for garnishing.

How to make Dry Soya Chilli

  1. Boil soya chunks in water. Strain the water and immediately put into cold water. And leave it aside.
  2. Take a bowl and add corn flour with water and make a thick paste.
  3. Take a frying pan and pour olive oil and put it on flame. Coat the boiled soya chunks in the corn flour paste and fry them till they become golden -brown.
  4. Take another frying pan and pour olive oil, when it starts heating put the sliced onions and chillies and after some times add all the julienned vegetables.
  5. Now, add tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilly sauce and saute them. Add the fried soya chunks in it and toss them. After some time add black pepper powder.
  6. Now, garnish it with some sesame seeds. And it will be ready to eat.
  7. Enjoy with your family and friends.

My Tip:

You can eat this with Fried rice or Hakka chowmein.
