Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4-6 bread slices
  2. 1 grated carrot
  3. 1 Grated Betaroot
  4. 1 Grated Potato
  5. 1/2 chopped onion
  6. 1/4 cup Grated or finely chopped cabbage
  7. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  10. 1 tsp chat masala
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  14. 2 green chilli finely chopped
  15. 1 tsp Cumin and carom seeds
  16. oil


  1. Take all veggies in pan add 2 tsp of oil and shallow fry. Do not over cook.
  2. Next add masala ingredients mix well. Grease the oil on hands and make a ball size
  3. Further take bread slices and cut the brown colour edges.
  4. Lightly Dip in water then remove the water from pressing two hands together throughout .
  5. Next put the ball on bread slice and cover it completely. And gently press with hands
  6. Further more rest at least 15 minutes after fry . Because while frying breads are broken in oil. There fore.
  7. After 15 minute Deep fry in low to medium flame till they turn golden brown colour.
  8. Finally serve veg bread cutlet with sauce.
