Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Bread slice
  2. 1/2 Cup Poha
  3. 2 boil potato ( smash )
  4. 1/2 cup shridded carrot
  5. 1/2 cup grated green peas
  6. 8 spoon butter
  7. 1/2 cup shevai
  8. 1 tsp.black paper
  9. 1 tsp.chilly flakes

Instructions

  1. Soak the poha [flattened rice] for few seconds and drain the excess water, then mash till smooth enough.
  2. Add masheed potato ,green peas ,shredded carrot, salt ,black paper ,chilly flakes.Mix it well .
  3. Shape them into tikkis .dip in shevai [vermicelli]. Heat some butter in a pan, shallow fry the tikkis.
  4. Flip to the other side and cook well on both the sides.
  5. Serve it with sauce
