I made Cutlets with sesam seeds also using poha and lots of veggies

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5 boil potato
  2. 1 cup soaked poha
  3. 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  4. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tsp chili paste
  7. 2 tbsp chopped green garlic
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp garam Masala
  10. Pinch haldi powder
  11. Oil for deep fry
  12. 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Take boil potato in a bowl
  2. Add green peas
  3. Add soaked poha
  4. Now add all seasoning like salt ginger garlic paste and also chili paste
  5. Add haldi and mix it well make a mixture like a dough
  6. Make tikki in heart shape or whatever you like
  7. Put sesame seeds on heat and deep fry it
