  1. Plantain 2numbers
  2. Onion 2numbers
  3. Ginger 1inch piece
  4. Green chilly 2numbers
  5. Salt
  6. Besan 1/2 cup
  7. Chilly powder 1/4teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
  9. Hing a pinch
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Mustard seed and urud dal 1teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cook raw banana in steam
  2. Chop onion ginger and green chilly
  3. Grate cooked banana
  4. In a pan add oil and fry mustard seed and urud dal
  5. Saute onion ginger and green chilly
  6. Add salt and grated banana
  7. Let it cool
  8. Make balls of it
  9. Make a paste of besan chilly powder and turmeric powder and salt
  10. Dip the ball in the besan mixture and fry in hot oil
