Chocolate is my favorite... And cake with out winter is impossible. So I prepared chocolate cake it's yummy and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dark chocolate 250 gm
  2. Water 200 milliliter
  3. Butter 150 gm
  4. Powdered sugar 150 gm
  5. Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  6. Milk/condenced milk 400 gm
  7. All purpose flour 250 gm
  8. Baking powder 2 tsp
  9. Baking soda 1 tsp
  10. Cashew nuts to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add dark chocolate and water and heat untill the chocolate melts. Stir well to get a smooth sauce and keep aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add butter and sugar powder and beat well untill smooth and creamy.
  3. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 400 milk/condenced milk and beat again for 3-5 min.
  4. Then add the melted chocolate in it and mix it again.
  5. Now add all purpose flour and baking powder and baking soda and beat it again untill smooth texture.
  6. Pour the batter in to the baking dish and scatter cashew nuts over it.
  7. Preheat the oven 180°c and baked for 25 min.
  8. Sprinkle sugar powder and cut into the proper shape and serve.
