Ingredients to make Breakfast in bed!

  • Bread slices - 4
  • eggs - 2
  • salt - according to taste
  • Freshly powdered pepper - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 tsp

How to make Breakfast in bed!

  1. Heat up your non stick pan and finely toast the bread to a beautiful golden brown colour and keep aside.
  2. For the eggs, heat the pan with oil and pour the eggs directly over the pan.
  3. Gently mix it around after adding salt, so that the yolks are combined with the whites.
  4. Sprinkle on top the freshly ground pepper and take it off the pan.
  5. Cut the omlette into two parts.
