Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup gram flour(besan)
  2. 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. 1 tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)
  4. 2 tsp chilli powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves
  8. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  9. 2 tbsp rava
  10. Pinch of hing
  11. Green chilli
  12. Oil, water
  13. 1 tsp baking soda


  1. Firstly take a mixing bowl add all flours and masala ingredients mix well.
  2. Then add water and mix well make a smooth batter
  3. Next heat the oil after Take green chilli dip in besan mixture .
  4. Deep fry in medium flame.till it turns crispy and golden brown colour.
  5. Finally serve it with chutney or hot tea coffe.
