ABOUT Coriander Mint Green Chilli Pakora RECIPE

Pakora, also called baji, is a fried snack. Originally from India, you can find it all over asian countries but in different ways.I have given the twist of mint flavour. You can have it any time . it is very yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan 1 cup
  2. coriander 1/2 cup chopped
  3. Green chillies 5-6 chopped
  4. mint leaves 1/4 cup chopped
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. ajwain crushed 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pinch of Soda
  10. water as required
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well add enough water to make a thick batter for pakoras. keep aside for 5 min.
  2. Heat oil in kadai.once it gets hot, make pakoras by dropping one by one into hot oil
  3. fry till golden and crisp
  4. drain it on an absorbent paper and serve it with mint chutney and ketchup.enjoy.
