Garlic stuffed buns

Ingredients to make Garlic stuffed buns

  • 250gram all purpose flour (maida )
  • 1and 1/2 spoon dry active yeast
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 2spoon milk powder
  • 1cup luke warm water
  • 5spoon butter (i used salted butter)
  • 2spoon milk
  • 3to4spoon olive oil
  • 1spoon garlic powder
  • 1/4cup yellow Bell papper
  • 1/4cup red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup cubes cottage cheese
  • 2boil and mashed potatoes
  • salt as per taste
  • 1spoon chilly flakes
  • 1spoon oregano
  • Chopped coriander leaves

How to make Garlic stuffed buns

  1. Take a cup add one cup Luke warm water dry active yeast and sugar dissolve and keep it at warm place for 15 mintues.
  2. Now take a bowl add one spoon garlic powder 200 gram maida , 2sppon melted butter and yeast mixture and two spoon milk powder and knead a smooth dough
  3. Meanwhile we prepare stuffing.
  4. Take a pan add 1spoon oil heat it . Add red and yellow capcicum cook for 1mintue add cottage cheese and saute . Add all spices and mix add boil and mashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves. And mix. Stuffing is ready .
  5. Dough is double in size punch it and again knead . Roll it and divided the dough into 6equa size l parts .
  6. Take a part of dough roll it stuff with stuffing and make a ball . Same with all
  7. Again keep it at warm place for 30mintues .
  8. Take a small bowl add milk and two spoon butter and mix .
  9. Brush with milk mixture spread oregano and bake it in a preheated oven for 20mintues at 170degree temperature or as per your oven .
  10. After bake brush with butter and serve hot .
  11. Enjoy .
