Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup methi aaloo sabzi ready
  2. 2 cups wheat flour
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 1 tblspn boondi
  5. 1 cup spinach chopped
  6. 1 tomato CHOPPED
  7. 2 tblspn oil
  8. 1tspn ghee
  9. salt to taste
  10. pepper as prefer
  11. 1/4tspn sugar for curds


  1. Mash the ready aaloo methi well and keep aside
  2. Knead flour semisoft
  3. Make portions as per filling available
  4. Stuff the dough portions with filling
  5. Roll out parantha put on heated tava to roast
  6. Roast fry both sides golden
  7. Mix spinach chopped with chopped tomato as salad
  8. Squeeze lime and add salt pepper
  9. Beat up curds add boondi for raita season with salt sugar pepper
