Mathri is savory snack that u can used with tea or as it is.u can easily store upto 1 week in air tight container.its perfect recipe for winter season.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup maida
  2. 1 cup fresh methi
  3. 1 tsp ajwain
  4. 1 tbsp salt
  5. 1 spoon oil ( for moyan)
  6. 1.5 cup oil ( for frying)


  1. Take bowl add maida, ajwain ,salt n oil crumble it with hand .
  2. Now add fresh washed n chopped methi mix well n knead soft dough.
  3. Take small portion from dough n roll like big size chapati.
  4. Cut with the help of cutter in small circle.
  5. Now put one by one in sequence n roll tightly.
  6. Curve petals and Ur rose mathri is ready.
  7. Now deep fry in medium flame.
