Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes medium sized 4
  2. Salt to taste ( sea salt and black salt )
  3. Oregano one tea spoon
  4. Chili flacks one tea spoon
  5. Rosted cumin powder one tea spoon
  6. Olive oil one table spoon
  7. Cheesey dip for serving

Instructions

  1. TAKE 4 POTATOES, CUT INTO 1/2 INCH THICK STRIPS
  2. SOAK THE POTATO WEDGES IN WATER FOR 30 MINS
  3. ADD SEA SALT & ROCK SALT TO TASTE
  4. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF OREGANO, RED CHILI FLAKES & ROASTED CUMIN POWDER
  5. ADD 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  6. RUB WELL
  7. ARRANGE ALL THE WEDGES ON A MICROWAVE- SAFE PLATE
  8. BAKE AT CONVECTION MODE AT 200 DEGREES FOR 20 MINS
  9. SERVE HOT WITH CHEESY DIP
