Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1cup wheat flore
  2. 1cup desi ghee
  3. 1cup grated coconut
  4. Half cup cashew nuts
  5. Half cup fried ground nuts
  6. 2tsp oats
  7. 1cup grated jaggery
  8. Half tsp cardom powder
  9. Half cup fried sesamon seeds

Instructions

  1. Plate up all drifruits and nuts and oats
  2. Heat deep cadai pour 1cup ghee
  3. When it's melts add wheat flore keep fri
  4. It will get brown color
  5. Keep fri on medium flame once it fried again add 1 tsp ghee
  6. Again add another tsp ghee while fring time
  7. Keep fri well when flore fried get brown color then again add 1tsp ghee on it
  8. 4 times added ghee and flore is also well fried gets nice aroma
  9. After that add drifruit,oats,peanuts cashew make roughly blend powder add on it
  10. Keep fri al those then add grated jaggery ,cardom powder
  11. Add 1cup milk for moisture and it helps to binding
  12. When leaves to cadai ready to transfer mould
  13. Take a rectangular shape mould apply ghee on bottom
  14. Garnish with grated coconut
  15. Cut pieces wrap paper ..ready to serve
