Heat a pan and add ghee in it.
Add flour and roast it till light brown
Meanwhile, grease a plate keep aside
As the flour gets roasted, add gud (jaggery) to it mix well
As the mixture start leaving pan, turn off gas. Add elaichi powder
Pour this mix on a greased plate. Spread the mixture evenly. Sprinkle badam on top
Let it cool. Cut into square pieces
